Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Pistachios (Shelled)
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 400° and line a half sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicon mat.

  2. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix, once combined spread out on the prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. Let cool for 15 minutes then serve or put away in an airtight container.
